At around eight million yankee dollars, the Nocturnus Tibaldi, encrusted with over nine hundred black diamonds and over a hundred rubies, is arguably the world’s most expensive pen. Its design is based on the Golden Ratio, or the Divine Ratio of Phi, which means that the proportion of the cap to the barrel of the pen when it is closed is equal to the phi ratio, which is around 1.618. It’s that level of detail that your eight mill gets you.
